The Cell Assumption Screen allows you to view and edit all of the settings and assumptions which select and control the calculation process for the Cell and determine the results of all calculations performed by the Cell. Assumptions in the Cell are defined by menu option fields (switches), scalar value fields, and by selections of other linked objects, such as Cell Tables, and Investment Accounts. Although these linked objects are stored separately from cells, and can therefore be used by multiple Cells, you may perform various actions, including creating, editing and renaming them, directly from within the Cell assumption screen.
While editing a Cell, you may interactively run one of the various reports that is produced by the Cell, including a policy value illustration, policy year results report, or calendar year projections report. The Calendar Year Projections report, once run, may be stored with the Cell assumptions screen contents, and viewed again later, or used in higher level calculations.
