Update Description |
In the following case,
1. A GridLink farm has been set up.
2. There is no licenced controller on the farm. (either a trial licence has expired, or a wrong licence file was installed)
3. The user runs GridLink Utility and selects the menu "Maintenance - Update Licence File".
The licence file is updated, but not all information is in sync. The farm still doesn’t work.
Workaround: The user needs to select the menu "Controller - Disconnect from Controllers" and then "Controller - Connect to Controllers". This will synchronize all licencing information on the farm.
This bug was introduced in GridLink version 4.20 - 09 Dec 09, and has now been fixed in GridLink version 4.30. |
