New or Recent Fellow - Client Support Specializing in Actuarial Testing

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in joining the Actuarial Tester branch of our Client Support Team. The Client Support Team deals directly with our clients on a daily basis to provide actuarial support and training. The Actuarial Tester will work with clients and Actuarial Programmers to develop specifications for AXIS enhancements. You will be expected to communicate with the feature requestors to ensure the business specifications of the programming jobs meet their needs. You will also test new versions of the system to ensure the new features requested by our clients are successfully implemented before release.

You will possess strong communication and analytical skills and will have at least four years of experience in the life insurance industry in Canada or the U.S. You should have experience in life, annuity or health in areas such as pricing, valuation, corporate modeling, risk management, ALM, stochastic modeling work, hedging. Previous experience using the AXIS Actuarial System would be an asset.
