Client Update: Growth and Change at GGY

This month marks the one year anniversary of GGY becoming part of Moody’s Analytics.

It has been a successful year as we have continued to grow the GGY AXIS business and team, while maintaining our focus on providing excellent service to our clients, and adding many significant enhancements to AXIS.

We have also been working on integrating our business into Moody’s Analytics systems and processes, and we are now entering a new phase that will be more visible to you.

Some of the changes you will see over the next few months are:

» Quarterly billing notices from Moody’s Analytics
» Email addresses changing to
» Moody’s Analytics booths at our 2017 events
» Marketing materials with Moody’s Analytics branding

We are testing the change to the email addresses now to facilitate a smooth transition. Please look for this change and check your spam filters or junk mail settings to make sure that our emails make it through. If you forward emails automatically in your company, please reset those auto-forward rules. As we change, we will continue to receive and respond to emails to our former addresses, but we will no longer use addresses to send outgoing emails.

Also, over the coming months, while retaining the AXIS product name, we will be moving to adopt the Moody’s Analytics brand more visibly in our business cards, marketing materials and exhibit booths, presentations and webinars, AXIS training and support documents, and on our website.

I wanted to take this opportunity to make you aware of these changes, and also to assure you that our team remains focused on providing the excellent customer service you have come to expect with AXIS.
