Ana is an actuary with a broad experience in the Spanish insurance sector, she has developed her career in several multinational entities, being Head of Actuarial for the Aviva plc businesses in Spain until 2016 being later CAO in Aegon Spain. As a result of her responsibilities he has being continuously exposed to Actuarial modelling activities and she is an expert in actuarial valuations (M&A, Solvency II, IFRS17, ). As part or the Moodys team, she has responsibilities on the AXIS promotion and support for the EMEA region with a significant focus in the Spanish customers.

David Moralis

David joined the AXIS Customer Success team in January 2022, having served the AXIS ALM Client Support team for the previous 9 years. In that role, he answered client questions on inforce assets, reinvestments, portfolio earned rates, economic scenarios, stochastic processes, and indexed and variable hedging; also training in these topics remotely and on-site. Currently, he assists in the on-boarding process for new clients building their asset-liability models and performs demonstrations for prospective clients. David previously worked for 10 years at the company then known as ING in several roles in valuation, pricing, and Cash Flow Testing for life insurance and annuities.

Fred Pan

Fred leads the actuarial client support team for Asia-Pacific region since Feb 2018. He started his career at Moody's Analytics as an actuarial developer in Feb 2007. He also worked at a global consulting firm to assist clients in converting their actuarial system(s) to AXIS. He has over 15 years of AXIS experience in actuarial areas such as pricing, valuation, ALM and risk management. Fred provides actuarial client support services and AXIS trainings for the clients in the APAC. He is familiar with the capital requirements (e.g., LICAT, Solvency II, C-ROSS and HKRBC) and various valuation methods commonly used in North America and APAC.

Nate is a Client Relationship Actuary with Moody's Analytics, helping clients address actuarial needs using the AXIS Actuarial modeling system. Nate has experience in pricing and valuation for traditional life and many supplemental health products, including Disability, Long Term Care, LTC Combination/Hybrid and Worksite benefits.
He volunteers with The Actuarial Foundation as a mentor and judge for the Model The Future Contest, and serves on several groups with the Society of Actuaries including: Living to 100, Research Communications Oversight Group, the Long Term Care Section Council, various Project Oversight Groups, and Exam Writing/Grading.

Serge is a Client Relationship Actuary closely working with AXIS clients, supporting Pre-Sales/Marketing activities, helping new clients during the Onboarding Phase and researching cross sales opportunities. Serge has 30 plus years of experience in life insurance industry in both pricing and valuation roles. In 2007, Serge joined Moody's Analytics in Client Support and Management roles.

Shane Leib

Shane has worked with Moody's Analytics for nearly ten years. During that time he has served many roles including Client Consultant, Trainer, Marketing/Sales, and Solution Specialist. In all these roles his focus has been on how actuarial needs can be addressed with AXIS in a way that lets actuaries spend more of their time being actuaries.
Prior to working with Moody's Analytics Shane worked in a variety of actuarial and leadership positions at Conseco, Forethought Financial Group, and Guggenheim with a focus on financial analysis, product management, and financial reporting for interest-sensitive and equity-linked products.
He was a founding council member for the SOA modeling section, and, in the past, has been an active member of the Smaller Insurance Company Section and Life and Annuity Symposium organizing committee. He has also been involved with SOA exam grading for the Predictive Analytics exam.
In addition, he volunteers with The Actuarial Foundation as a mentor and judge for the Model The Future Contest, and also serves as a judge for the University of Notre Dame’s DataFest challenge.

Steve Krupa

Steve leads the AXIS Customer Success team of actuaries at Moody's Analytics. For nearly 10 years, he's been meeting with clients to proactively demonstrate best practices for new regulation implementations, model conversions, model automation, model efficiency and model validation using the AXIS system. He provides actuarial support troubleshooting and developing proof-of-concept models for prospective clients trialing. He has visited several companies, including regulators, to provide model demonstrations and onsite training on a variety of advanced topics including VM-20 for UL, VM-21 for Variable Annuity products and VM-22 for Fixed Annuity products. He has contributed to AXIS Knowledge Base articles for validating VM-20 NPR reserves for UL with secondary guarantees, implementing 2018 U.S. tax reform, modeling VM-21 reserves for Variable Annuities, modeling with the NAIC ESG, and modeling C3 Phase 1 for Fixed Annuities. Steve previously worked for 25 years at TIAA-CREF implementing valuation automation, controls, and financial reporting for over $500 billion in Annuity and Life Insurance reserves.
