With your AXIS account, you now have access to an array of support, information, and training.
Training
Training will help you get most out of AXIS. Once you have AXIS up and running, you should start with our basic web-based training. These two are essential before starting any other training:
WBT 101 - Getting Started
Learn the basics of AXIS: how to use the AXIS and AXIS EnterpriseLink interfaces, and the basic hierarchy of AXIS.
WBT 201 - Cell Structure and Reports
WBT 201 will create a foundation for Module training. Module Specific training is the best way to get the fundamentals of the different features available in AXIS through classroom style instruction and reconciliation exercises. This course will expand on the Cell Structure and Available Reports from WBT 101.
Once you've completed the above web-based training sessions, you can attend Live Training sessions. If you don’t see one that meets your needs, contact Client Support to discuss your requirements.

Formation
La formation vous aidera à tirer le meilleur parti d’AXIS. Une fois AXIS opérationnel, vous devriez commencer par suivre notre formation de base sur le Web. Ces deux sont essentiels avant de commencer toute autre formation:
WBT 101 - Mise en route
Apprenez les bases du système AXIS: comment utiliser les interfaces AXIS et AXIS EnterpriseLink et la hiérarchie de base du serveur AXIS.
WBT 201 - Structure cellulaire et rapports
WBT 201 créera une base pour la formation de module. La formation spécifique au module est le meilleur moyen de se familiariser avec les différentes fonctionnalités d’AXIS au moyen d’instructions en classe et d’exercices de rapprochement. Ce cours développera la structure de la cellule et les rapports disponibles de WBT 101.
Une fois que vous avez terminé les sessions de formation Web ci-dessus, vous pouvez assister à des sessions de formation en direct. Si vous n'en voyez pas un qui réponde à vos attentes, contactez le support client pour discuter de vos besoins.
